What does the setup fee cover?
The one-time setup fee covers your full onboarding: CRM configuration, automation builds, website build (if applicable), integrations, and an onboarding call. Collected upfront before monthly work begins.
Do I need to set up a CRM myself?
No — we handle the full CRM setup. Your shop gets its own account. You only need to log in to the 3–4 views you actually use.
Can I start à la carte and upgrade to a package later?
Yes. Many shops start with one or two services and upgrade to a retainer once they see results. Your onboarding fee is credited toward the package setup cost.
Who pays for ad spend?
Ad spend (Meta + Google) is always separate — billed directly to your card. We manage the campaigns, you control the budget. Most shops start at $500–$1,500/mo in ad spend.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month on everything. Cancel any service or your full package before the next billing date with no penalties.
